• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Estimates are based on preliminary measurements and may be adjusted after a site visit.
• Final pricing includes labor, materials, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.  Installation & Site Access

• Clients must ensure clear access to the installation site.
• AAA Fencecrafters is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site obstructions, or third-party interference.
• Underground utilities must be marked prior to installation. We are not liable for damage to unmarked lines.

5.  Warranty & Maintenance

• We offer a limited lifetime warranty- Warranty documents are available to view on the website and are officially given upon completion of installation. 
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
• Routine maintenance is recommended to preserve product integrity.

6.  Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval from authorized team member.

7.Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of AAA Fencecrafters.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
